USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Toyota Camry Hybrid is a standout vehicle in its segment, offering a seamless blend of performance, luxury, and eco-friendliness. During my drive, I was impressed by its remarkable responsiveness and impeccable poise, especially under hard acceleration and on twisty roads. The hybrid powertrain, combining a 2.5-litre petrol engine with a 120hp electric motor, delivers a combined output of 218hp, making it both powerful and efficient. The cabin is well-appointed with features like electric reclining seats, a 9-inch infotainment system, and a crisp 9-speaker JBL sound system, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride for all passengers. With its advanced regenerative braking system and low emissions, the Camry Hybrid is not only a great drive but also a responsible choice for those with an eco-conscience.
Price
The Toyota Camry Hybrid is priced at Rs 46.17 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), which is a significant investment but one that is justified by the vehicles luxurious features and efficient performance. When you factor in the on-road price, which includes additional costs such as registration, insurance, and other taxes, the total can range from Rs 52 lakh to Rs 55 lakh, depending on the state and local taxes. Despite the premium pricing, the Camry Hybrid offers a low cost of ownership due to its fuel efficiency and reduced maintenance costs, making it a viable option for those seeking a long-term luxury sedan.
Latest Updates
Tuesday, 21 November 2023 03:00 AM Toyotas commitment to reliability is evident in the 2024 Camry petrol models, which come with a robust warranty and affordable maintenance costs. This makes the Camry a reliable long-term investment for many buyers. I think this reliability is a key factor in the Camrys enduring popularity.
Monday, 20 November 2023 11:44 AM The 2024 Toyota Camry petrol models are known for their smooth and quiet ride, thanks to features like the variable cooling system and cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system. These enhancements make the driving experience more pleasant and refined. I believe this attention to detail sets the Camry apart from its competitors.
Saturday, 18 November 2023 03:27 PM The Toyota Camrys interior and comfort features remain a highlight, even in the petrol models. The vehicle offers a comfortable driving position, ample space for passengers, and a reasonably sized trunk. I think the Camrys interior is one of its strongest selling points.
Wednesday, 15 November 2023 01:16 AM In terms of fuel economy, the 2024 Toyota Camry petrol models with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine are estimated to achieve up to 28 mpg in the city and 39 mpg on the highway, according to EPA ratings. This makes the Camry a practical option for daily driving. I believe the fuel economy is quite competitive in its class.
Friday, 10 November 2023 06:34 PM The 2024 Toyota Camry petrol models feature advanced technologies such as Toyota’s D-4S fuel injection system and Variable Valve Timing-intelligent (VVT-i) system, which enhance fuel efficiency and performance. These technologies contribute to the engines high thermal efficiency and outstanding fuel economy. I think these innovations make the Camry a compelling choice for those who care about both power and efficiency.
Wednesday, 01 November 2023 05:30 AM For the 2024 model year, Toyota has made no significant changes to the Camry petrol models, carrying over the same features and powertrains from the 2023 model year. This stability suggests that Toyota is confident in the current design and performance of the vehicle. I believe this consistency is reassuring for potential buyers.
Sunday, 15 October 2023 12:05 AM Despite the rising popularity of SUVs, the Toyota Camry remains a reliable and popular choice in the sedan market. Its petrol models, especially the V6-powered ones, continue to attract buyers who prioritize performance and comfort. I think the Camrys enduring appeal is a testament to its well-rounded package.
Tuesday, 26 September 2023 07:16 PM Toyota has retained the Camrys traditional powertrains, including the 3.5-liter V6, which is a standout in a market where many competitors have shifted to inline-four engines only. This move keeps the Camry appealing to those who value the extra power and smoothness of a V6. I believe this decision helps the Camry maintain its edge in the midsize sedan segment.
Tuesday, 26 September 2023 07:34 PM The 2024 Toyota Camry petrol models are available in various trims, including LE, XLE, SE, SE Nightshade, and XSE. The XSE trim, in particular, offers a dual-outlet exhaust system that boosts the 2.5-liter engines output to 206 hp and 186 lb.-ft. of torque. This trim is ideal for those looking for a bit more oomph in their daily drive.
Thursday, 20 July 2023 01:25 PM The 2024 Toyota Camry petrol models continue to offer a choice between a 2.5-liter four-cylinder and a 3.5-liter V6 engine. The 2.5-liter engine produces 203 hp and 184 lb.-ft. of torque, while the 3.5-liter V6 engine delivers 301 hp and 267 lb.-ft. of torque. Both engines are paired with a direct-shift, eight-speed automatic transmission. I think the V6 option is a gem for those seeking powerful performance.
Mileage
Thursday, 21 November 2024 08:33 AM The Toyota Camry Hybrid boasts an impressive mileage of 16 kmpl in city driving and up to 19.1 kmpl on the highway, according to ARAI ratings. Fuel economy is too bad. 8 km in city for Petrol is just too much of fuel-hungry engine. I won't buy unless they improve on fuel.
