This move is a welcome change, especially considering the previous safety concerns. I believe these additions make the GO Plus a safer choice for families.

This feature is available in the higher trims but adds a premium feel to the car. The GO Plus also comes with keyless entry and a manual AC with heater, enhancing the overall user experience. Recent revisions to the gear ratios have improved driveability, making the car feel peppy and responsive. I believe this engine is adequate for daily commuting.

Datsun has introduced cosmetic upgrades to the GO Plus, including a new hexagonal black grille, sweptback headlamps with black highlights, and LED daytime running lights. These changes give the car a fresh and more appealing look. I think the new design elements make the GO Plus more attractive.

The Datsun GO Plus Petrol D1 offers a seating capacity of up to 7 occupants, making it a practical choice for larger families. The car also features tumble fold seats and rear charging sockets, adding to its utility. I believe this flexibility is a major selling point for the GO Plus.

Datsun India has started pre-bookings for the updated GO Plus, with deliveries set to begin shortly after the launch. The pre-booking amount is Rs. 11,000, and the car is available across various dealerships. I think this is a good time to consider the GO Plus if youre in the market for a budget-friendly MPV.

The Datsun GO Plus Petrol D1 comes with a fuel tank capacity of 35 litres and claims a mileage of 18.57 to 20.62 kmpl, depending on the transmission. This makes it a relatively fuel-efficient option in its segment. I believe the fuel efficiency is a key factor for many Indian buyers.

Datsun has reinforced the structure of the GO Plus to comply with upcoming Indian crash test norms, resulting in a weight increase of about 150kg. This move is aimed at improving the cars safety standards. I think this is a positive step towards enhancing safety.

The base model of the Datsun GO Plus, the D1, is priced at around Rs. 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), making it an affordable option in the MPV segment. The car offers good value for money with its features and space. I believe its a great entry-level choice for families.
