Datsun redi-Go catches attention for its edgy aggressive styling priced at an ex-showroom cost of INR 3,34,000 (Ex-Delhi). The car is powered by a 799cc engine which generates a maximum power of 53.2 bhp @ 5678 rpm and a torque of 72 Nm @ 4386 rpm. The car has a boot space capacity of 222 litres and a tall stance with a ground clearance of 185 mm. It runs on a company claimed mileage of 25.17 kmpl with a 28 litres fuel tank capacity. In this segment Datsun redi-Go petrol is a competition to Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon. | The most powerful Datsun Redi GO 1000cc (1.0 L) has been recently launched and is available in two variants - redi-GO T(O) and the redi-GO S. The datsun redi-GO S is priced at INR 3,72,238 (ex showroom Delhi). The car is powered by 1000cc, DOHC 12 valve, 3 Cylinders Petrol engine that churns out a maximum power of 68 HP @ 5500 rpm and an utmost torque of 91 Nm @ 4200 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed Manual Transmission. It delivers a 22.5kmpl of fuel efficiency making it a premium hatchback. Though, it retains the original design and dimensions, the suspension setting has been tweaked making it on the stiffer side. This has also slightly improved the ride quality. The halogen headlamps and bumper-mounted LED daytime running lights are the same features offered in the new edition, the '1.0' badge at the rear being the only distinguishing factor.
