price points are going to be aggressive < 19 lacs for top end . also heard they will not launch the 1400 cc in india its going to be 2000 cc - so its going to be a rocker 5 seater

Only hope VW is able to keep the price at par with international price by having it at least assembled here in India. VW susbdiary SKODA already has its compact SUV Yeti in the country. Anticipate VW to price TIGUAN attractively & competitively to achieve volumes for TIGUAN.
