Toyota Kirloskar has launched a special edition of Etios Liva considering the oncoming festive season in India. They are trying to take advantage of this season to help accelerate their sales of this special edition. This special edition has some new features along with the older ones and is based on middle-spec variant G of Etios Liva.
The exterior of Toyota Etios Liva Xclusive has got a single chrome front grille, bright headlamp cluster, body colored bumpers, body colored door handles and ORVMs, B-pillar Black out, intermittent wiper, 14-inch wheels with full caps and tubeless tires, a foldable roof mounted antenna and a bright tail lamp cluster. It has a length of 3775mm, width of 1695mm and height of 1510mm as its dimensions and has a large wheelbase of 2460mm for a stable ride. It has a good ground clearance of 170mm for a bump-free ride and a minimum turning radius of 4.8m for easy cruising in city traffic and in tight parking spots. It has a fuel tank capacity of 45 litres and a curb weight of 915kgs for petrol and 995kgs for diesel variants.
The interior of Toyota Etios Liva Xclusive includes 2-tone premium interiors, a 3-spoke electric power steering wheel with tilt function, chrome accentuated gear shift knob, 7 bottle holders, front and rear door pockets, day and night IRVM, passenger side vanity mirror with sun visor, assist grips with 3 coat hooks, remote fuel lid and tailgate opener, reverse parking sensors, a quality 2-DIN music system with CD, MP3, AM/FM, USB, AUX-in, Bluetooth, a remote and 4 speakers, a powerful AC with Heater and Clean Air Filter, power windows with driver side Auto Down, central locking, cooled glove box, front cabin lights and a power outlet of 12V, adjustable front and removable rear headrests, height adjustable driver seat, a digital Trip meter, internally adjustable ORVMs and a spacious cabin with a boot space of 251 litres.
Toyota Etios Liva Xclusive has both the petrol and diesel engines. The 1197cc, 4-cylinder, 16-valve, EFI, DOHC based petrol engine has a maximum power of 78.9 bhp at 5600 rpm and a maximum torque of 104 Nm at 3100 rpm and has a five speed manual gearbox transmission with an average mileage of 17.71kmpl. The 1364cc, 4-cylinder, 8-valve, CRDI, D-4D, SOHC based diesel engine has a maximum power of 67 bhp at 3800 rpm and a maximum torque of 170 Nm at 1800-2400 rpm and has a five speed manual gearbox transmission with an average mileage of 23.59 kmpl.
Toyota Etios Liva Xclusive has ventilated disk brakes at front and drum brakes at rear. The suspension system is a MacPherson strut type at front while Torsion Beam type at rear. For the safety of the passengers, it has ABS with EBD, seat belts, power windows, engine immobiliser, central locking, keyless entry, door ajar warning and many other features.
Toyota Etios Liva Xclusive has two variant mainly for petrol and diesel engines respectively. It is available in three shades which includes White, Classic Grey and Symphony Silver. Overall, Toyota Etios Liva Xclusive is a great step forward for Etios Liva as it includes some new features that were not in the earlier variants thus providing Toyota with opportunity of better sales and image.
