Hero HX250R Discussion
Wo Hoo!! Im just pumped up looking at the specs! They have to launch this motorcycle this year anyhow! Gonna buy my first motorcycle this year and that motorcycle has to be HX250 R!!
Bike is very intresting bike .....this time very important to lauch hx 250 r because this bike change to indian youngster thinking .
But why did'not lauch bike in indian market
Hero hx 250r should have sound exhaust like cbr 250r and design should be more sporty like cbr. Hx 250r can have the color white with orange or blue with white or white with black or white with red or may be tricolour like cbr............
Ugliest bike in 250cc Segment...even It does not comparable with Pulsar 200RS in terms of design. Pulsar RS200 looks 1000times better than this.
Let hope this bad ass will start to run in market real soon dying to ride this mini beast
Hero Hx250 at this price point with ABS it will hit Indian market
KTM fuel efficiency is still below 18 km concern
YAMAHA NOT bringing ABS
TVS APACHE 200 without sixth gear
Suzuki 250 is same like Honda cbr250
Bajaj improves alot still concern
As per battle on papers HeroHx 250 is winner
Hope HERO WILL RISE FROM ASHES.
1)Maximum Power
20.8 Bhp @ 8500 rpm
Maximum Torque
19.12 Nm @ 7000 rpm (2)Maximum Power
19.2 BHP @ 7500 rpm
Maximum Torque
19.12 Nm @ 7000 rpm .second is best as per torque .power=(8500/7500)x19.2=21.76 bhp .so 0.96 bhp is more than first one .overall second one is more comfort for the same driving effort. ER/DR
(1)24.2 BHP (24.5 PS) @ 9750 rpm,
18.6 NM @ 8000 rpm (2)19.2 BHP @ 7500 rpm 19.35 NM @ 6000 rpm .cc is 223.
=(9750/7500)x19.2=24.96ps second one is best but 0.46ps not considerable so both are same .
I think all are same.Exmple :(1)18.8 bhp at 8400rpm cc is 220 and 17.5 Nm @ 7000 rpm(2)19.2 BHP @ 7500 rpm,19.35 NM @ 6000 rpm cc is 223
second one is best
I like hero coming bike icon as its cost will be 86000 and speed is 160kmph.
I read all can you say 0-60 in x seconds 0-100 in xx seconds.we cant predict it exactly like sri hari kota you will say about speed of bike at 1000rpm,2000rpm ..up to red mark rpm and mileage ,vibrations, engine sound .It gives evry things such as pick up,comfortability etc.
for high speed bike /high cc bike its weight should be sufficient for normal weight person so that bike would go smoothly other wise there will be problem at after 120kmph.
Exhaust is just below seat. Guys take care when you are riding with your girl if she is wearing churidar or other long dresses.
1. Hero HX250R has a dual mode power and economy, power mode for punchy performance and economy for better mileage no other bike in this segment has that feature.
2. It has all round ability in short its all in one bike, its design has all the features like touring, sports, if the faring is removed then it can be a good street fighter bike and by just adding button tires it can be used for off road as well, excellent touring bike for long rides.
3. Other competitor like RC390, R25, R3, are race oriented bikes good for race tracks but not recommended for long rides as the design is not for touring.
4. And with regards to Bajaj and Honda, Bajaj bikes always have quality issues and honda bikes are always under powered. example CBR250 is the most under powered and slowest bike in 250cc segment.
5. Hero bikes the quality is good, and also spare parts are cheap as well as wide range of service center available, and most importantly not to forget the legend Bharadwaj Dayala is the only person from India who did a world tour on a Hero bike Karizma.
only top speed is 150KM... even this bike is more powerful than ninja 250
i want hero karizma sport r old model,
superb bike im buying
more body modification needed.
swing arm look like a bicycle.
head light scoop need to large.
cowl is ok.
fuel tank bad for man's ****
hero need to body design..
i'm waiting for next model......
thanks for share this information with us
Not sure it will be priced so close to Karizma ZMR... Pricing HX250R so close to Karizma ZMR will surely cannibalize the sales of the latter... It will surely be priced above Duke 200 and below Duke 390 might be very very close to RC 200
technical sound best for indian road and for indians thought, but bike colour is outdated, i had attached a pic that made by hero ie saffron and silver, this colour is advance and new in look, also say eye catching colour then it model also look new because of its latest thought of colour, they can charge extra for that.
Can anyone tell the exact date of launch coz they r showing this bike in new hero ad #zidd ha
Indian roads are not good for two wheelers because of theire poor maintenance by the depts.only suitable for four vehicle tax may be minimised or exempted for two wheelers
silencer alone looks ugly, and the seats may require preferably more cushion for better comfort. Apart from that this bike has the best package and looks very promising.
you did not yet wrote final verdict about karzma R2014.I think it is not yet reached showrooms.
Anyone have Idea when booking is getting started for this bike
gr8 bike. da power is 31 bhp. 0-60: 2.70 second
HERO has done well this year..cheers for them!
saw the HATSUR (620cc) concept looks good but pillion is kinda small!
HONDA yes they made themself look pathetic in 250cc segement now but before yr 2000 they ruled the 250 CC segment..
u guys forget the old CBR 250(1990) it had twin cylinder it ruled the 250CC segement no bikes was able to beat that!!
Take that yamaha and bajaj lovers!!!
Hero and honda will always be at the top the game!
Now ay days cars maintanace is more.accidents risk is more because of road widths and worst individual have option to go for 250cc bikes to reach their distinations which are above 100kms.
It impressed me to buy it.power and torque are ok.weight is 137 which is below of karisma r.if it has all qualities of k-r which are fine refined engine with low sound at 150+ speed best mileage low/nill vibrations of body, definitely it would stay as good bike.I like to test drive it and deside to buy it.
After a long silence, they are back with a bang. Was wondering how they would do without Honda's Tech. Pretty neat. New original design and very sporty. The original speculative pictures on the net gave me a scare. This one is cool. They are on the right track. Not to mention, a fully Indian company making this is pretty awsome. Yamaha, honda and suzuki are international brands with lot of experience in the sporty segment. Hero has just done it this time on its own. Thats big feather in their cap
no one can beet cbr 250 . lets have shoot out then wil speck it
it is making us full , 250 cc dohc engine bike with 81 bore size and 48.5 stroke size ????. if you check out then check for 200 NS it gives 23+ bhp power with bore size 72 and 49 stroke size. this is just only higher volume is 50 cc and just 9 size increase in bore . it rally making us a full with the look like a sports bike but aerodynamics and handle position doesn't makes aerodynamics like sports bike, for this look at cbr 150r, 250r, Yamaha r15 1.0, 2.0, , they are rivals of this bike, but more quality and much more experience of a sports bike. even if rival as 200NS it is street fighter sports bike . it really touches 153 kmph, but it not have much more poer like as 250 cc bikes, but it could . think about this .
Hero will produce 1000cc bike
in near future
just wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
31PS,26NM torque and just 140kg weight
by comparing all these, Just imagine the power to weight ratio......
this will give a tough competition to all its rivals in performance
presently i have KArizma ZMR and my next bike is HX250R Hero you rock again :)
Hero fns.... 250cc n 31 bhp n 26 torque.... the hero ruled in india's road.....
31PS, 26NM torque, 300mm discs ABS,
Tubular frame, 5 preset monoshock, superb Pirelli Demon tires,
LED lights, a fucking underseat exhaust!
-
This is one smoking hot bike.
-
TAKE THAT HONDA, YAMAHA, HYOSUNG, KAWASAKI etc etc.
If they get the pricing right on this baby, then everyone else can go suck it.
HERO RULES!!
