As per the latest media reports, Yezdi is actively working on two motorcycles for the Indian two-wheeler market. The company is expected to reintroduce the legendary Yezdi Roadking nameplate with an all-new scrambler. A new Yezdi ADV has been spied testing alongside the new model.

The new Yezdi Adventure motorbike appears to be a direct rival to the Royal Enfield Himalayan. The Yezdi Roadking has classic design elements such as old-school exhausts, a circular LED taillight, a raised front fender, and a redesigned headlamp housing. The spotted test mule features a built-in tyre hugger that holds the licence plate.

The new Yezdi Adventure motorbike has been spied for the first time, and it is equipped with a larger windscreen, spoked wheels, split wheels, split seats, and circular headlights. The spotted model has much larger tyres. Panniers can also be mounted at the back.

The motorcycle also has a completely digital instrument console, telescopic front forks, and a disc brake. The bike is outfitted with a telescopic front fork, multi-purpose tyres, spoked wheels, and twin shock absorbers in the back.

As one can judge from the Yezdi Roadking spy shots, the new Scrambler is closer to production form. In addition, although the ADV has relaxed ergonomics, the scrambler requires a different riding stance, which should be comfy as well.

When it comes to performance, the upcoming motorcycles are likely to share the current Jawa Perak’s 334cc single-cylinder engine. This engine has a power output of 30.64HP and a torque output of 32.74Nm. The engine will be upgraded by Classic Legends to meet the requirements of an adventure motorbike.

While talking about the launch and pricing of both motorcycles, the brand has not announced anything yet. However, we can anticipate the launch in 2022 with an estimated price of Rs 1.8 lakh to Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom).
