Yezdi Roadking Seen at Dealer Event: India Launch Expected Soon?

Several Yezdi motorcycles were recently spotted at a dealer event, including some updated models and a distinctly different motorcycle. The motorcycle with a red color scheme is speculated to be the upcoming Yezdi Roadking. Yezdi has previously confirmed that the Roadking will be a flagship model and not based on the manufacturer's existing platform. The bike in question is a preview of the production-spec Roadking, as it shares the same 334cc engine as other Yezdi models.

Roadking Features

The Roadking features a round headlight (likely LED), a wide single-piece handlebar, a boxy fuel tank with stripes and tank grips, telescopic forks with fork gaiters, and a retro-themed color scheme with graphics. It also has simple-looking side panels with the Yezdi logo, a flat single-piece seat with luggage hooks underneath, and mid-set footpegs, contributing to an upright riding posture.

At the rear, the Roadking sports a mono-shock, a chunky and clean-looking exhaust, and alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp tires. It is equipped with a twin-pod instrument console and toggle buttons on the left switchgear, suggesting a digital inset in one of the pods. The absence of taillights, indicators, and a saree guard indicates that the bike might be a pre-production prototype.

The Yezdi Roadking is expected to be launched this year, with a price of around Rs 2.10 lakh (ex-showroom).

Updated Yezdi Models

Also spotted at the event were the updated Yezdi Scrambler, Yezdi Adventure, and Yezdi Roadster. The Scrambler featured a twin-exhaust setup, spoke wheels, and "334" painted on the side panels. The Adventure had a high rear fender and block-pattern tires, while the updated Roadster appeared to have a raked-out front end with a chopped-off front fender and a twin-pod instrument console. All three motorcycles are likely to receive aesthetic and mechanical updates upon launch. Currently, the Yezdi Scrambler, Adventure, and Roadster prices start at Rs 2,09,900, Rs 2,15,900, and Rs 2,08,829 (all prices ex-showroom New Delhi), respectively.
