Yamaha recently launched the 2017 Vixion and Vixion R at Indonesia International Motor Show, starting with a price tag of IDR 26 million (INR 1.25 lakh approx) for the base variant. The price for R spec bike will be revealed later. Vixion comes with same engine as Yamaha R15 V2 while Vixion R uses the 155.1 cc VVA engine from the R15 Version 3. Yamaha Vixion comes with a 12 liter fuel tank while its overall weight is 132 kg. It can be bought in Matt Silver, Red Black and Matte Black shade. The availability of disc brakes at both the ends makes it an effective machine. The engine on the standard version is 149.8 cc, liquid cooled motor producing 16.6 PS and 14.5 Nm of torque. The rear tyre measure 120/70 on the Vixion. The motorcycle underpins the popular Yamaha Deltabox frame.

Yamaha Vixion R is powered by a 155.1 cc, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine. The variable valve actuation on the motorcycle's engine makes it even better than before. The engine is now good for 19.31 PS and 14.7 Nm of torque. The R spec model come with 130/70 rear tyre, USB charging option, 11 liter fuel tank and updated instrument console with shift timing light. Yamaha Vixion R weighs just 131 kg and can be bought in Matt Red Black, Green White and Blue Silver shade in Indonesia.
