2016 Yamaha YZF-R15 has been launched in Indonesia for an on-road price of IDR 29.8 million (INR 1.51 lakh approx.). The model can only be differentiated from the earlier R15 by body graphics and color options. The new shades for the R15 are Racing Blue, Supernova Red and Midnight Black. The first shade comes with Blue alloy wheels while the last offers a matte Grey paint all around the body. motor-black Yamaha Indonesia has also continued the two special edition variants namely the Tech 3 and Moviestar. The engine gets no change for the 2016 version as the same 149.8 cc motor is used to produce 16.59 PS @ 8500 rpm and 14.5 NM @ 7500 rpm. The motorcycle still features standard telescopic forks, delta-box frame, with non-ABS front and rear disc brakes. motor-blue The Indian version offers 17 PS and 15 NM at the same rpm values while the engine size has been described as just 149 cc on the official Indian website. Even the power values of R15S and R15 version 2.0 have been described as 12.2 KW(16.59 PS) and 17 PS respectively. The same should be checked by Yamaha as a valid explanation is still pending for these minor differences. motor-red Complete tech specs of R15 (Indian Version):  http://autos.maxabout.com/bikes/yamaha/r15
