Vertu Signature Cobra Limited Edition was recently unveiled for CNY 24,74,000 (approx INR 2.33 Crore). The luxury feature phone will be limited to just 8 units and would definitely carry the Cobra theme on its exterior.
The huge amount of money would buy you a 2-inch QVGA (240x320 pixel) display with sapphire glass protection, 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. The phone comes with a removable battery and offer talk time of up to five and a half hours.
The jewel studded feature phone is made in collaboration with French brand Boucheron as the complete unit is made out of 388 different parts. Vertu brings 439 precisely cut rubies that are shaped into a Cobra while two pieces of emeralds are used to describe the eyes of the Cobra.
The super rare phone will be delivered to the owner in a helicopter The phone uses a unique design with a Cobra wrapped around its front while the space between the buttons is also jeweled. The phone comes inside a premium box with one mysterious Cobra pendant.
