BYD Sealion 7 Crosses 5,000 Deliveries in India

BYD India says it has delivered more than 5,000 Sealion 7 SUVs to customers since the model’s India launch in February 2025. The total spans the life of the model in India so far. BYD has also widened the range since launch, with a lower-priced Dynamic variant and a limited-run Festive Edition joining Premium and Performance.

Which Sealion 7 variants are available?

The India line-up of the BYD Sealion 7 comprises Dynamic, Premium, Performance and the limited-run Festive Edition. The Dynamic arrived at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹41.90 lakh. It pairs a 71.8 kWh Blade Battery with a claimed 520 km NEDC range. Premium uses an 82.56 kWh battery and has a claimed NEDC range of 567 km.

The BYD Sealion 7 Festive Edition was introduced at ₹50.60 lakh ex-showroom and limited to 150 units. It is based on Premium and adds a tan and black interior. Buyers interested in either edition should check current pricing and availability with a dealer.
