Realme C1, the most affordable ever from the Oppo sub-brand, is now available in India for INR 6,999. Challenging the likes of entry-level Redmi, Samsung and Nokia phones, C1 is a pure marvel with stunning design, practical spec sheet and finish that could send shivers down the Redmi spine. The phone comes with a 6.2-inch curved glass display, supporting HD+ resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. The notch enabled display commands 87.8% screen-to-body ratio, offering just a compact bezel on the lower side. The notch is identical to the one seen on Realme 2, along with the display size. Buyers will have to miss on the fingerprint sensor and high RAM variants that are available on all other phones. Realme C1 comes with 2GB of RAM and supports 16GB of internal memory. However, those in need of additional memory can consider the microSD card purchase as this phone supports up to 256GB of additional memory. The interface is familiar, showing Color OS 5.1 icons on the stock Android 8.1 firmware. The battery capacity also stays similar to Realme 2 at 4230 mAh. Realme C1 is powered by an amazing 1.8 GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 450 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. The dual-SIM smartphone is packed within a width of 8.2mm, weighing just 168 grams after carrying such a nice full view display. It supports BT 4.2, 4G VoLTE, USB OTG and many other practical features like face unlock and dedicated SIM slots with an additional memory slot. Realme C1 comes with a 13MP+2MP rear dual sensors with LED flash for occasional photography. For selfies and video calls, a 5MP front sensor with f/2.2 aperture is available.
