OnePlus 8 Colour Options Surface Online: Recently, a new leak of the OnePlus 8 smartphone has surfaced on the web that reveals its colour variants in a new set of high-resolution pictures. Another leak suggests that OnePlus 8 will be announced on April 15, 2020, though it could get delayed due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic situation. As per the leaked set of photos, the OnePlus 8 will be available in three colour options: Glacial Green, Onyx Black, and Interstellar Glow.
Coming to the rumoured specs, the OnePlus 8 will come featured with a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It will get a curved edge display along with a 90Hz refresh rate. For the first time, a OnePlus smartphone would be getting a punch-hole display front camera instead of the pop-up camera module.
It is now confirmed that OnePlus 8 will be powered by the 2.84GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 865 processor with Adreno 650 GPU. It will be available in two variants: 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 256GB (UFS 3.0) internal storage. The smartphone will run on OxygenOS 10.0 based on Android 10.
In terms of the design, the back of the smartphone is also curved and covered in glass. It will get a USB Type-C port at the bottom of the device which is lined by two cut-outs, one for the speaker on the right side and the microphone and a SIM tray on the left side. The OnePlus 8 Android smartphone will come in a pack with a 4300mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.
