Upcoming Models and Developments

Kia is set to expand its portfolio with the introduction of the Clavis, a new SUV positioned between the Sonet and Seltos, anticipated to hit the market in the second half of 2024. The company is also adjusting its pricing strategy implementing a price increase of up to 3% across its range from April 1, 2024 due to rising commodity prices.

Customer Satisfaction Initiatives

In response to the evolving market dynamics, Kia has introduced the "My Convenience Plus Package" for Sonet owners, which includes Prepaid Maintenance (PPM), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and an Extended Warranty (EW) for up to 4 or 5 years, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Overall, while facing some challenges in certain models Kia is adapting its strategy to ensure sustained growth and customer engagement in the competitive Indian automotive market.
