Honda has previewed the 2017 Civic Type R @ 2016 Paris Motor Show while the car will enter production in the second half of 2017. It has been fully revealed through the official photos by the company. The car is currently exclusive to Europe and UK only. The new generation will be based on the new Civic hatchback. The car will be produced at Honda's UK manufacturing facility while it is expected to be sold around other markets as well. This would be the first Honda Type R to be sold in North America. The most interesting part would be its updated 2.0 L engine from the current generation Type-R.
