After a period of anticipation, Hero MotoCorp has finally revealed the prices of the Mavrick 440. For those unfamiliar, the Hero Mavrick 440 shares its platform with the Harley-Davidson X440 and features the same engine and frame. However, several differences distinguish the Hero from its American counterpart. Hero has introduced the Mavrick 440 in three variants, and here are the on-road prices in the top ten cities of India.

On-Road Prices in Top Ten Cities

The prices of different variants of a car model in various cities are as follows: In Mumbai, the base variant is priced at Rs. 2,44,439, the mid variant at Rs. 2,61,555, and the top variant at Rs. 2,72,965. In Bengaluru, the prices are slightly higher with the base variant at Rs. 2,60,984, the mid variant at Rs. 2,79,297, and the top variant at Rs. 2,91,505. Delhi sees the base variant priced at Rs. 2,36,479, the mid variant at Rs. 2,52,995, and the top variant at Rs. 2,64,005. Similarly, Pune, Navi Mumbai, and Hyderabad have identical pricing as Mumbai, while Ahmedabad offers the base variant at Rs. 2,32,499, the mid variant at Rs. 2,48,715, and the top variant at Rs. 2,59,525. Chennai, Kolkata, and Chandigarh have the same pricing structure, with the base variant priced at Rs. 2,40,459, the mid variant at Rs. 2,57,275, and the top variant at Rs. 2,68,485.

Pricing Analysis

As evident in the above paragraph, the Hero Mavrick 440 is the most expensive in Bengaluru and the most affordable in Ahmedabad. The price difference for the base variants between these two cities is approximately Rs 24,000. The pricing of the Mavrick remains competitive, undercutting rivals like the Triumph Speed 400 by Rs 33,000, while the Harley-Davidson is priced nearly Rs 40,000 higher.

The Hero Mavrick 440 represents Hero’s foray into the retro roadster segment. Powered by a 440cc, air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 27bhp and 36Nm of torque it offers an exciting option for motorcycle enthusiasts.
