Zongshen Motorcycles is a Chinese two-wheeler manufacturer and they recently revealed a new product. The brand has announced the launch of its new bike, the Cyclone RC 401 R. The fully-faired motorcycle will compete in the market with the KTM RC 390.
The design of this Cyclone motorcycle is pretty impressive and it looks good from almost all angles. It comes with a modern touch when it comes to style. Zongshen offers premium hardware with this recently announced Cyclone RC 401 R. The styling cues of the motorcycle comprise an aggressive design. It has a twin-pod headlight, a muscular fuel tank, a single-sided swingarm, a compact exhaust canister, and a split-style seat.
A 401cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine powers the Cyclone. This engine has four valves per cylinder and it has been tuned to produce a max power output of 45 bhp at 9,500 rpm and a peak torque of 35.2 Nm at 8,000 rpm. The company-claimed top speed of the Cyclone RC 401 R stands at 150 km/h.
The Chinese manufacturer offers premium hardware on the Cyclone. The RC 401 R comes with adjustable KYB-sourced suspension, J.Juan disc brakes, and Bosch dual-channel ABS. The upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock handle the suspension duties.
The sportbike has dual discs at the front and a single rotor at the back for braking duties. When it comes to the features it comes with LED lighting and a colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity options. The motorcycle also has a backlit switchgear and adjustable levers.
The price of the Zongshen Cyclone RC 401 R is 31,980 Yuan in the Chinese market, which is equivalent to Rs 3.81 lakh in our currency. Zongshen only offers the Cyclone RC 401 R in China for now, and the possibility of this bike coming to the Indian market is very low.
