This custom Suzuki Swift Sport at the BIMS (Bangkok International Motor Show) 2019 is the most happening hatchback that you will witness today, all thanks to its improved body aesthetics and use of bright yellow paint shade for the body. The car comes with familiar Swift styling as the body parts have not been reshaped to achieve a new car feel here. Instead, the careful placement of wrap on the front headlight and C-pillar has resulted in this sporty and angry expressions from the Swift Sport. The alloy wheels are huge and can be seen with a low profile, extra-wide tires for the ultimate grip levels. Article image The front comes with smoked headlights, gloss black grille and sporty dual stripes in the bonnet. Even the redesigned bonnet with two faux air scoops looks massive for the car. Moving to the side, the highlighted dark section creates the perfect contrast with the bright yellow shade of the car. The rear end comes with a different set of tail lights with the same outer design but different illumination pattern in comparison to the Indian version. The lower section comes with dual exhaust outlets and completes the overall design theme. The roof on the custom Swift Sport is kept body coloured for some unknown reasons. Article image The interior is exactly similar to a regular Swift Sport while suspension setup is now sourced from Monroe for a sporty setting. A bigger strut bar and all new torsion beam mean the car is much better when compared to the performance of any road-going Swift variant. The front wheel drive car comes with a 1.4L, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, producing 140 HP of maximum power at 5500 rpm and 230 Nm of torque at 2500-3500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, with an option of 6-speed automatic for those who prefer driving without the hassle of gearshifts.
