The new model of Thar has proved to become a very successful product for Mahindra. Although it's a new car, still a lot of accessories and body kits are already available in the market and a lot of buyers are getting their Thar modified right after taking the delivery.

The one you see here is India's first and only Matte Purple Mahindra Thar. In addition to the wrap, the SUV features Inforged IFG39 18-inch alloy wheels, additional cladding on the front bumper, LED headlights, and black appliques on the tail-lights.

If we talk about the stock model of Mahindra Thar, the SUV is available with two engine options: a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine and a 2.0-litre turbocharged mStallion petrol engine. The mHawk130 DOHC 16-valve diesel engine is good for a maximum power of 130 BHP with a peak torque of 300 Nm.

Coming to the petrol option, the mStallion150 T-GDi DOHC 16-valve petrol engine generates a maximum power of 150 BHP along with an utmost torque of 320 Nm.
