Kia Seltos SUV Registers 23,000+ Bookings in India

All set to be launched on August 22, 2019, the Kia Seltos SUV has been able to gather more than 23,000 pre-bookings within just 20 days of its official unveiling. At present, the premium mid-size SUV is known to clock in an average of 1,000 pre-bookings per day. The Seltos would be competing with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Renault Captur, Tata Harrier and the MG Hector. Kia Seltos test drive units have started arriving at the dealerships to let the walk-in customers know more about the SUV. The price list of the SUV recently got leaked ahead of its official launch while the brand has also given a preview of its basic features and powertrains to media at a private press conference. The brand is offering Kia Seltos in two trim levels which further gets three variants each. The Tech-line up will feature HTE, HTK and HTX trim whereas the GT-lineup will feature GTE, GTK and GTX trims. The former will be available with 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options while the latter will be sold with the 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine.
