Ford Endeavour 2.2L Titanium with Sunroof Launched @ INR 29.57 Lakh

2.2L Ford Endeavour Titanium with Sunroof has been officially Launched in India. The updated variant with panoramic sunroof comes with a price tag of INR 29.57 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Customers who need a sunroof can now stay good with this one as earlier, they had to go for the bigger 3.2L, 4x4 Titanium variant. The new design of Endeavour was first introduced in 2016 and became an instant hit with the buyers. Ford is presently unable to meet up with the demand of customers as recent pre GST revision (cess change) price resulted in emptying inventories across the country. The initial pricing for Endeavour started at INR 24.75 lakh while present day prices start from INR 25.65 lakh. The increase of INR 90,000 is just visual as the older price was for the manual variant while present day Endeavour comes with just automatic gearbox on all variants. Ford India started switching variants due to unreliable tax structures but the same event pushed the sales to all time high once last year. They presently have 3 variants, one gearbox and two engine options for the car. Endeavour 2.2L Titanium is powered by a refined, 4-cylinder, 2198cc engine producing 158 HP at 3200 rpm and 385 Nm at 1600-2500 rpm. The engine comes with 6-speed automatic gearbox as standard. Apart from its 10 speaker infotainment system, Ford Endeavour is equipped with 6-airbags, ESP, hill launch assist, traction control and dual zone auto AC. Buyers also get front and rear parking sensors, HID headlamps, tyre pressure monitoring, R18 alloy wheels and cruise control. Ford Endeavour rivals Toyota Fortuner, Volkswagen Tiguan and Skoda Kodiaq in its segment.
