Classic 500 RAMBO by ParPin’s Garage: Classic 500 is the most powerful machine that one can buy from Royal Enfield these days. As Thunderbird 500 weighs too much and Bullet 500 comes without a rear disc brake, the perfect option to buy is Classic 500.
What if you already own one and feel bored with its presence, getting the mod job done from ParPin’s Garage can spark another sprout of life from your motorcycle. This typical example here is a Classic 500 Desert Storm, popular for its exclusive shade and powerful engine. They have kept the base shade stock for that unique approach but adding black elements helped them get more head turns per kilometer.
Front now comes with black headlight casing that comes with aftermarket projector headlight. It seems odd but they are using chrome front suspension covers in place of sand shade unit available as stock. They are not using signature Royal Enfield covers here but one gets Bajaj Avenger style rubberized suspension covers in the motorcycle.
Spoke rims have been replaced with alloy wheels, that too finished in black for healthy contrast. They have fitted a Rambo rear 140mm tyre for enhanced visual appeal and added grip while front and rear fenders are custom made and black in shade. It even comes with bar end lights.
When paired to this custom exhaust, Desert Storm looks very impressive from the side profile. It uses a powerful 499cc, fuel injected engine producing 27.2 BHP and 41.4 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
