FTC (Full Throttle Customs) are back with the most unique Royal Enfield Classic 500 ever witnessed in India. It would be right to use the term ‘Futuristic’ for this typical variant. The motorcycle seems right from a sci-fi movie which must have been shot for year 2100. Being Classic 500 made few things easier than ever. Royal Enfield brings hundreds of opportunities to modifiers through their simple running dynamics and thus, chopping the entire rear section would have been a delight for Full Throttle Customs. No rear fender or other stuff means a considerable loss in weight on this Classic 500.
Weight saving is further enhanced with lighter front fender and black alloy wheels in place of chrome spoke rims. The tyres are now race spec and will definitely help in getting better grip levels. Front suspension stays stock but use of matte black finish on the covers just created the perfect sync. Classic 500 lost its original headlight in favor of this custom, theme matching unit from Full Throttle Customs. When we are done looking at all these minor changes and not to forget, its stubby new exhaust can, the real thing keeps on getting familiar to the eye.
Full Throttle Customs used a typical modern design frame that creates an illusion of missing fuel tank from certain angles. It looks like a 3D printed skeleton for a motorcycle and gets see through points for that special look. You can also spot the FTC moniker on lower seat panel on both sides. Rear springs were left intact for a comfortable ride experience. Royal Enfield Classic 500 is a powerful machine with 499cc, fuel injected engine producing 27.2 BHP and 41.4 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
