KTM India has increased the prices of the 125 Duke and the RC 125 sportbikes. This is the third price hike for the 125 Duke while the price of the RC 125 has been hiked for the first time since its launch in the Indian market. As per the details available, KTM has hiked the prices of the 125cc motorcycles to increase the dealer margin.

The KTM 125 Duke was launched in India with a price tag of INR 1.18 lakh in November 2018. The bike got its first price hike of INR 7,000 in April 2019 and then got another price hike of INR 5,000 in June 2019. The most recent price hike stands at around INR 2,000 and the 125 Duke is now available with a price tag of INR 1.32 lakh.
As far as the KTM RC 125 is concerned, the entry-level sportbike was launched in India in June 2019 with a price tag of INR 1.47 lakh. After getting a price hike of around INR 2,000, the RC 125 is now priced at INR 1.49 lakh. The prices mentioned here are ex-showroom Delhi.

Both the 125cc motorcycles are powered by a 124.7cc, single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine capable of churning out a maximum power of 14.5 HP at 9,250 rpm and an utmost torque of 12 Nm at 8,000 rpm. The engine has been mated to a 6-speed gearbox and the motorcycles are equipped with a single-channel ABS unit as standard.
