Komaki Electric Vehicles, an Indian manufacturer, recently introduced two new electric vehicles to the market: the Ranger and the Venice. Komaki is the first electric manufacturer to release an all-electric cruiser on the market. The Ranger motorcycle starts at a price of Rs. 1.68 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Venice scooter starts at Rs. 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom). Both these two-wheelers are now available at the Komaki dealerships across the country.

Starting with the Ranger motorcycle, it will be available in three colour schemes: Garnet Red, Deep Blue, and Jet Black. The Komaki Ranger supports big grosser wheels and chrome exteriors, displaying a typical cruiser design. The motorcycle is outfitted with shiny chrome-accented round LED headlamps, as well as dual chrome-accented round-shaped auxiliary lamps. The headlamp is flanked by retro-styled side indicators.

Moreover, the raked wide handlebars, single-pod instrument cluster, and shiny chrome-treated display on the fuel tank are some of the design details that distinguish the motorcycle. The electric cruiser bike has a 4,000-watt motor and a 4 kW battery pack, which is the largest on a two-wheeler in the country. The power unit has a range of 180–220 kilometres on a single charge. The Ranger is attired with a Bluetooth sound system, cruise control, a side stand sensor, an anti-theft lock system, and a dual-storage box from Komaki.

The Komaki Venice e-scooter is offered in nine eye-catching colours and features an old-school circular headlamp with an LED unit and an integrated LED daytime running light. The rear-view mirrors have a shiny chrome embellishment that adds to the appeal of the electric scooter. Other features include a fully digital display that exhibits various information about the scooter, a large windshield, and switchgear that is ergonomically poised.

In addition, a front storage compartment is provided for storing items such as documents, water bottles, mobile phones and chargers, and so on. Komaki has also loaded the Venice e-scooter with a self-diagnosis system, a mobile charging socket, an anti-theft lock system, regenerative braking, and reverse assist. It has a 3000-watt motor and a 2.9 kW battery pack, but the electric 2-wheeler manufacturer has not disclosed the claimed range on a single charge or the torque figure of this specific model yet.
