300cc Hero Karizma Sports Bike in the Making: As per the recent reports, Hero Karizma will be back and this time, there will be nothing less than 300cc worth displacement for this powerful nameplate. Even though some reports suggest that Hero MotoCorp will prefer a 200cc engine from the XPulse but the brand is expected to take the benchmark up by one level. As the brand has scrapped its 250cc engine and HX250R project, one can safely assume that 300cc Karizma would be the next big thing for the Indian market. Moreover, the brand has developed a new platform through XF3R and the next-gen Karizma sports bike would be based on the same platform. With the launch of the 300cc Hero Karizma, the brand will once again get a premium flagship motorcycle under its portfolio. Karizma with a powerful 300cc engine would mean a true threat to the TVS Apache RR 310 and the KTM RC 390.
