Ducati to Launch 12 New Motorcycles in India This Year

Ducati is planning to launch and introduce 12 new motorcycles in India this year. The Italian company will start with the launch of 2021 Scrambler Icon which has been updated to meet the BS-VI norms. Some of the new bikes were supposed to launch in 2020 but the launches got delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic situation.
By the end of 2020, Ducati was back on track and launched three BS-VI motorcycles in quick succession, by introducing new models like Panigale V2, Scrambler 1100 Pro, and the Multistrada 950S. According to the brand, a huge jump in sales was witnessed with the launch of Panigale V2 in India.

Ducati Streetfighter V4[/caption]
The company has bigger plans for 2021 which will see the entry of new motorcycles in the Monster, Scrambler, Panigale, Multistrada, Diavel, and the much-awaited Streetfighter series. In the first quarter, Ducati is planning to launch BS-VI Scrambler, Diavel, and the new xDiavel. This will be followed by the launch of the new motorcycles based on the V4 engine platform.
Based on the V4 engine, the company will launch Multistrada V4, the Streetfighter V4, and MY2021 Panigale V4. The other half of the year Ducati will spice up the segment with its new products, the Monster followed by the SuperSport 950 and the Hypermotard 950 RVE.

In the following statement, the MD of Ducati India, Bipin Chandra said, “2020 has been an unforeseeable force for the country with operations coming to a standstill. The majority of the company’s launches and plans were pushed to 2021 and this year is going to be exciting for the company, with new launches planned in every quarter”.
The bookings for the BS-VI Scrambler Icon and Scrambler Icon Dark are now open and customers are welcome to book their motorcycle at their closest Ducati dealerships by paying a token amount of INR 50,000. Ducati is also planning to continue with their recreational activities like Dream tour, off-road days, track days, and individual racetrack sessions by introducing DRE safety this year.
