EICMA 2018 witnessed the unveiling of BMW F850GS Adventure and R1250GS Adventure, both being top-spec variants of their respective league of products. F850GS comes with spoke wheels on the standard variant also but here, the design becomes different with more emphasis on rally-style riding. The model comes with adjustable windscreen that is larger than the version seen on standard F850GS. The fuel tank measures 23-liter, offering extended range for those who are looking for difficult trails. The model comes with LED headlight, 6.5-inch TFT console, engine protection bars, luggage rack and much more for the premium Adventure feel. On the other hand, the BMW R1250GS Adventure comes with a bigger 1254cc, twin cylinder engine that is good for 0-100 kph in under four seconds. The model comes with 30-liter fuel carrying capacity and weighs 268 kg after carrying all fluids and full fuel tank. It can be had in Basic Ice Grey, Exclusive and HP variants, getting slight change in each one of them in terms of shade and equipment. Electronic features on offer include dynamic ESA, shift assist, hill start assist, LED headlight and 6.5-inch TFT console with smartphone integration. The seat height is quite high at 910mm.
