Benelli has officially confirmed that they will launch the TRK adventure motorcycle in India on February 18, 2019. The TRK series has two motorcycles: 502 and 502X. The TRK 502 is a dual purpose adventure tourer bike while the TRK 502X is more off-road focused with wire-spoke wheels and a different set of tyres. After the official launch, the motorcycle would be competing with other adventure bikes in India including the Kawasaki Versys 650, Suzuki V-Strom 650XT, and the SWM SuperDual T.

TRK 502 is powered by a 499.6 cc twin-cylinder fuel-injected engine, which generates maximum power of 47.6 bhp at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 45 Nm @ 5000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is equipped with an analogue-digital instrument console which looks a bit outdated in comparison to the current-gen all-digital consoles. TRK 502 is expected to get a starting price tag of around INR 5 lakhs (ex-showroom), while the 502X is expected to be priced slightly higher in comparison to the standard variant.
