BD500 Black Flag has dimensions of 2330x907x1110mm and a wheelbase of 1575mm. It is a larger circle than the Greystone ROCK 300. It is obviously more suited to tall riders with higher expectations of power and appearance. BD500's curb weight is 241kg, which is 6kg more than limestone ROCK 300 and big brother Liao LFC700.

It is powered by a Benda-developed V-type four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 496cc. It comes standard with a sliding clutch and has a max power output of 56hp at 10000rpm and a peak torque of 45Nm at 8000rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed transmission. While the engine output appears adequate on paper, BD500 Black Flag is quite heavy at 241kg.

It is outfitted with a semi-digital instrument panel, cruise control, cylinder deactivation, and air suspension. It does not have the same exaggerated wide tyres as the Liao 700 for visual effects but instead has 150/80-16 rear wheels. The actual handling experience should be more flexible than the Liao 700. It is equipped with USD front forks and dual rear shocks. The braking system comprises a single front and rear disc with ABS.

BD500 Black Flag will be available in China in June 2023. There is no word on when or if this cruiser will be available in the Indian market.
