Bajaj has officially launched the Pulsar NS200 Fi (Fuel Injection) version in Turkey for 8350 Turkish Lira (INR 1.50 lakhs approx.). The bike is also equipped with 2-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and it also generates more power in comparison to the NS200 we have on-sale in India. The Fi model generates maximum power of 24.5 PS @ 9500 rpm. The torque figure is same at 18.3 NM @ 8000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Unfortunately, for now, Bajaj has no plans to launch the Fi + ABS model of NS200 in India. They might consider the same for India at a later stage. Pulsar NS200 was recently relaunched in India for INR 96,453 (ex-showroom Delhi). NS200 is still the best-looking naked street bike in India and it offers excellent value for money. We wish Bajaj launches the Fi+ABS version of Pulsar NS200 in India soon.
The key rival of NS200 in India is TVS Apache RTR 200, which is priced at INR 92,215. NS200 uses the same 12 liter fuel tank as on the AS200 (not available now) while other important features include excellent ground clearance, accessible seat height and typical street bike riding position.
