A shocking move from the company side, Bajaj recently launched the Pulsar NS150 in Columbia at 5.99 Million Colombian Peso (INR 1.27 lakh approx). The motorcycle is a highly awaited model for the Indian market as it's foreign launch may let down many Bajaj fans in India. Pulsar NS150 comes with the same 149.5 cc engine as the AS150, producing 16.8 BHP @ 9500 rpm and 13 NM of torque @ 7,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Everything seems shared with the 200cc version of NS series except the rear section, NS150 comes with a drum brake, thin rear wheel and there are a bit of other changes to the otherwise similar design. NS150 comes equipped with a 240 mm disc brake, and the bike comes equipped with an analog-digital instrument console like the NS200. The bike was showcased more than a year back in Columbia and the launch has made a new benchmark in the naked motorcycle industry of the country.
