With Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre edition Bajaj Auto has expanded its Indian portfolio. The Carbon edition is available in single-seat and split-seat configurations in the market.

There are two paint schemes available for the Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre Edition. Both the paint schemes start with a black base colour and then the graphics come into play. The headlight cowl, engine cowl, fuel tank and shrouds, rear panel, and alloy wheel stripes.

This model also features carbon fibre graphics on the front fender, belly pan, tank, and rear cowl. In contrast, the design retains the single-pod headlight with twin DRLs, a muscular fuel tank, a side-slung exhaust, and bolted shrouds.

Mechanical specifications and hardware remain unchanged from the standard version of the motorcycle. Bajaj Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre edition retains its 124.4cc single-cylinder engine. This 125cc engine produces 11.64 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 10.80 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. This single-cylinder motor comes coupled with a five-speed transmission.

Telescopic front forks and gas-charged twin rear springs provide shock absorption. A 240mm disc at the front and a drum unit at the rear provide braking.

Bajaj offers Pulsar 125 Carbon FIbre Edition in two colours: Blue and Red. The single-seat variant costs Rs 89,254 and the split-seat variant costs Rs 91,642.

Bajaj will sell the Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre Edition alongside the earlier-released Pulsar 125 Neon Edition. As an entry-level motorcycle, the bike will face stiff competition from rivals. The Indian automaker is also preparing to launch the Pulsar N150. The bike's launch date has not been confirmed, but it is expected to happen within the next few weeks.
