It's not overkill at all. Because drivers spend hours sitting in these vehicles, comfort and convenience features are key for a driver’s well being and productivity.

I think that’s a waste of money. Commercial vehicles should be all about function, not fancy gadgets. Instead of spending that money on better suspension or payload capacity, put it towards better suspension or payload capacity.

I think Tata did the smart thing. This makes the Intra more attractive to owner operators who use the vehicle for personal use too.

The repair costs worry me, but the infotainment system is fine. If your touchscreens break, they can be expensive to replace.

Driver retention is all it’s about. Anything that makes a good driver's job more comfortable is a plus in my book because good drivers are hard to find.

The length for parking is more important but the turning radius is nice. Even better maneuverability could be had with a shorter Intra.

No way, man. You are asking for trouble spending 30+ lakhs on a Tata. At that price point, you’re better off going for a Toyota or even a base Fortuner. At least you know you're going to get reliability.
