Which is the best bike for back pain support (both rider and pillion)?

I have unicorn which supporting good for rider back pain. But my pillon seater is not getting any suspension support. So I want to change the bike. Please suggest me the good one for both rider and pillion seater. I think Avenger Cruiser 220 is the good one which will have back support also. But how it will help in speed breakers? Since the height is low I feel the speed breaker jerk will directly go to back bone. Thinking of Apache  RTR 160/180 NEW, which has some invertible gas Suspension. Please guide me.

The back problem develops constantly while riding a bike on rough roads as suspension is actually there to reduce jerks and create a balanced ride every time while our Indian roads offer bumps that are out of the reach of a motorcycle's suspension. While cruisers are best when it comes to ride comfort as they are offered with a backrest and the low relaxed riding position puts minimum strain on maximum distances. Riding over a speed breaker at high speed will definitely put a big jerk on the back while crossing it slowly can be safely done on Bajaj Avengers. I would suggest you to reduce the time being spent on driving a two wheeler and always use a supportive belt in case the journey is unavoidable. The strain on the back while raising a leg and sitting on a motorcycle can also be removed by getting a scooter but again, the bad roads will be more seriously needed to be avoided after that decision.
