What does the limited production of Bullet Trials 350 do for its long term value and maintenance?

The Royal Enfield Bullet Trials 350 is a limited production model, unlike most of the Bullet models that are common. The implications for its current market value and long term ownership experience are significant considering this limited production run. From one side, the scarcity could only make it to be worth more in the future as a collectible item. However, limited production could cause problems in the future to find spare parts or specialized maintenance services. This begs the question: will this bike be a usable machine or a collectible? Owners and prospective buyers often argue over whether the exclusivity factor is worth the practical realities of owning a limited production motorcycle, and whether such machines hold their value or suffer in long term maintenance.

Limited production is a double edged sword. It might be worth something more, but good luck finding parts in a few years. I would be worried for it to be a garage ornament.
