As of now, there is no official statement from Honda regarding the launch of the bike in the Indian market. It has been officially unveiled in Indonesia and would be produced there.
So, all we can do is to wait and watch out for official press releases from the bikemaker. If released in India, the bike would be priced between Rs. 3.50 lakh to Rs. 4 lakh. It is going to be a tough competition for Ninja 300 and Yamaha R3 for so many additional features it will offer at the same pricing.
