The Kickstart file must be made available on a location accessible by the installation system, such as removable media , a hard drive, or a network share via NFS, FTP, HTTP, or HTTPS.

To start the installation, the system is booted using the installation medium, and the Kickstart file is specified using the `inst.ks=` boot option. For example, if the Kickstart file is located on a network, you would add `inst.ks=https://your-network-location/kickstart-file.ks` to the boot loader configuration. This allows the installation to proceed automatically, using the settings specified in the Kickstart file.

This method is highly useful for companies as it enables the automation of OS installations, reducing the time and effort required for setting up new systems. It also ensures consistency across all installations, which is crucial for maintaining a standardized IT environment.
