Why there is such a wide difference between the prices of same capacity bikes of Honda and Yamaha?
02 January 2023 06:23
The difference between the prices of same capacity bikes of Yamaha and Honda depends largely on the amount of localization the company has for its products. The products with 100 percent localization has a difference due to their quality of material being used and number of features being provided to the rider. This difference is generally kept as low as possible so that the product stays in the competition. The other bikes, which are brought as CBU's to the Indian market have huge difference between their prices. The real problem behind the thing is the 120 percent import tax. Suppose you import a INR 1,00,000 vehicle. It will cost you INR 2,20,000 on the arrival. The other thing bought for INR 1,20,00 will cost INR 2,64,000. The INR 20,000 difference increased to INR 44,000 which makes the scenario worse for the companies as well as the customers.

Why is Honda RC213V-S so expensive?
02 January 2023 06:23
Honda RC213V-S is so expensive because it has been derived from the MotoGP version of the bike names RC213V. The track version and the road legal version only has certain differences, which includes the rear view mirrors, side stand, front headlight and the different seat for riding. The power has been limited electronically, which means that the same engine has been used in the road legal version also. Its ultra light weight design, which is 170 kg only is all due to its light carbon fiber parts and skipping the unnecessary parts for riding. The bike has a very powerful engine capable for producing 250+ BHP in its fully functional form, making it a really expensive ride. Which one is best - Honda CB Shine or Bajaj Discover 125?
02 January 2023 06:22
Honda Shine 125 because it offers good mileage, engine performance is also good.
Which bike is better - Bajaj Pulsar 220F, Yamaha R15 or Honda CBR150R?
02 January 2023 06:22
Bajaj pulsar 220f is able to compete with the two. In terms of performance, PRICE, and fuel eficiency.. However, the looks of the 220f is outdated but the power is unquestionable. Bold. Direct to the point statement.

Easy to mentain and not very complicated components makes it easy to add more horsepower to it. The CBR150r has the best quality in terms of handling, engine, and looks compared to the outdated design of the 220f.

Everything is nicely engineered but the Price tag makes it limited only to the rich kids. And it Sucks Gas BIG TIME! The R15 has the best looks! The engine's technology is unmatched and the price is just between the cbr and 220f.

The fuel economy is also fair with its power output. In all these three great bikes, the CBR goes down to number 3 in my list due to its price and low gas milage and the horsepower was lowered at the last version 2015. The number 2 will be the pulsar 220f due to its many patented technologies, cheap price, and high gas mileage.

Downside is only the looks which can easily be modified to look better. The r15 being between the two in terms of all characteristics is my number 1 pick.
How's Honda CBR300R??
02 January 2023 06:22
Honda CBR300R has been facing the same problem as the Yamaha R3 and R25 are having at the moment. The only simplicity in Honda's case is that the CBR250R is currently on sale in India. No one can guess what exactly Yamaha will due, launch the R25 or the R3. The same seems to be here, with CBR250R on the block, chances of the launch of CBR300R are getting less than usual day by day. If its launched, the pricing will be the problem as the newer version of CBR250R produces only 1.8 BHP less than the CBR300R. No exact guess can even be made on these 250 and 300 cc bikes as they are facing competition from within the brand products, making predictions and decisions much more tough than before. The expected price for the CBR300R is INR 1,95,000-2,25,000.

What is the mileage of Honda Aviator?
02 January 2023 06:22
Honda Aviator comes with Honda Eco Technology(HET), which guarantees every Honda scooter to return 60 kmpl mileage. You can expect the Aviator to return 45 kmpl in the city riding conditions and 52 kmpl for the highways. The mileage written by the manufacturers is a non practical figure from a non practical test environment. Honda Aviator gets the same engine as that of Honda Activa 3G, but being costlier due to its more premium looking design and features like disc brake and body colored front inside panels. Even the front 12 inch tyre makes it a better option over the Activa 3G.

Which scooter should I buy - Honda Activa 3G or TVS Jupiter?
02 January 2023 06:22
TVS Jupiter is the best option out of both the scooters. The basic reason behind choosing TVS over Honda is the use of advanced technology in the TVS Jupiter. Honda Activa has a very refined engine and so do the TVS has, but the difference comes in the comfort options and looks of the scooter. TVS comes with front telescopic forks whereas the Activa 3G has the conventional outdated suspension. TVS Jupiter comes with 12 inch tyres and black alloy wheels whereas the Honda Activa 3G has only 10 inch tyres. Overall pricing of Jupiter is even lesser than that of Activa. Both have good power delivery, mileage and low maintenance, with TVS spare parts a bit costly than Honda's. TVS Jupiter wins clearly over the Activa 3G.

02 January 2023 06:22
Honda Activa 125 STD has an ex-showroom price of INR 56,225 whereas the Activa 3G costs INR 50,085. Both the scooters are the best selling scooters of India, but choosing between the both is a very confusing choice. The Activa 3G comes with a 110 cc engine whereas the other one has a 125 cc motor. Both returns equal mileage values and the power output is also the same in both the vehicles. the only difference comes out to be the telescopic forks in the Activa 125, for which most of the people prefer spending INR 6,000 less and buying an Activa 3G. The upper model of 125 comes with a disc brake for the front and alloy wheels.

It comes with a 26 BHP, 249 cc liquid cooled engine making out the 0-60 in just 3.5 secs. It comes with a price tag of INR 1,58,000 and the ABS version is priced at INR 1,87,000. Where can I get Honda CBR600RR battery ?
02 January 2023 06:22

You can consult a battery store which has all the bike batteries or you can go with the option of buying the battery online. You can go for the batteries available in the link above, but the price would go up as international shipping would be added to the price. The best way out can be asking the Honda dealers to give you the battery being used in their existing superbike lineups, making it much easier than ordering and waiting for the shipment to be delivered.
