TVS Jupiter is the best option out of both the scooters. The basic reason behind choosing TVS over Honda is the use of advanced technology in the TVS Jupiter. Honda Activa has a very refined engine and so do the TVS has, but the difference comes in the comfort options and looks of the scooter. TVS comes with front telescopic forks whereas the Activa 3G has the conventional outdated suspension. TVS Jupiter comes with 12 inch tyres and black alloy wheels whereas the Honda Activa 3G has only 10 inch tyres. Overall pricing of Jupiter is even lesser than that of Activa. Both have good power delivery, mileage and low maintenance, with TVS spare parts a bit costly than Honda's. TVS Jupiter wins clearly over the Activa 3G.
