I love it for the first few months and it does get stiff over time. Might need more frequent maintenance.

It’s nice to have the comfort, but I worry it detracts from the bikes response in corners. There's always a trade-off.

I really notice the difference as a heavier rider. This bike handles my weight much better than other bikes in this segment.

The suspension type isn't the biggest thing for comfort, I think tire pressure is the bigger thing.

I’ve had my 2023 Platina for a year now and it’s been just as reliable as my dad’s 2010 model, so far. I think people are more vocal about things now.

Noticed definitely definitely definitely a drop in quality. My old one never did, but my new Platina has had electrical issues. It looks like Bajaj is cutting corners.

We have changed our expectations but the reliability is still there. What we thought of as 'reliable' 10 years ago is not the same any more.

I work in a garage and we're getting more new Platinas in for repair than we used to. It's changed, and not for the good.

The problem is not with the bike, it's the dealers. The Platina is getting a bad name because of poor PDI and service.

Bajaj's just being lazy, nah. Without sacrificing reliability, they could easily add some modern features. The Platina feels old school compared to that others.

Bajaj has found a sweet spot, I think. Why fix what isn’t broken? If you are looking for more features then there are plenty of other options.

The Platina's design is timeless. In 10 years it'll still be relevant, and the "modern" bikes of today will be dated. Sometimes, simple is better.
