When will Bajaj Pulsar RS200 be launched in Jammu & Kashmir?

Bajaj has not announced any date for its nationwide launch of Pulsar RS200. The race sport model is currently available in 15 selected cities only and comes in two variants, ABS and non ABS. The nationwide launch is expected to be after the launch of Pulsar 150 NS, making 2 bikes for each category available in the market. The only Pulsar to be above 1 lakh currently, the RS200 would have been produced in limited number only, as bookings were done before delivering the first bike also. The 199.5 cc engine of the RS200 comes with 24.17 BHP and 18.6 NM, mated to a 6-speed gearbox for a better riding experience. It comes with optional ABS and projector lamps for both the variants.

Pulsar RS200 is a good choice or you can say best choice for its own segment but as your budget is 2 lac, i can suggest two more premium options for that. The first is the RC200, having nearly the same performance as the Pulsar RS200, but definitely much more refined and with high quality assurance. The price range will jump to INR 1,66,000 which in turn brought me the idea of Honda's upcoming CBR250R 2015 edition. The current CBR is also good but the new one comes with high performance numbers than the old one. It comes with twin headlight cluster, making it much more appealing and sporty than ever. It produces the highest power of all the above and is expected to be priced at INR 1,60,000. You can even avail its ABS version, if launched below 2 lac.

The design has been made by keeping the freshness of the design in mind and seriously saying, Bajaj has over attempted the task of having a new tail light for the RS 200. The designers at Bajaj Auto's felt go to have the odd looking tail light and hence it was approved for the production. The RS200 comes with the same engine used in the 200 NS, with a further tuning for making it ultra responsive and power packed. It produces 24.2 BHP from its 199.5 cc engine.

The on-road price of Bajaj Pulsar RS200 in Coimbatore is expected to be INR 1,35,000 for the non-ABS version and INR 1,50,000 for the ABS version. The non-ABS version comes with double disc brakes without ABS whereas the ABS version has single channel ABS equipped to it. ABS is helpful on non-ideal road condition, preventing the skidding of bike on wet roads by automatically releasing the tyre while braking and preventing tyre lock.

The nearest availability is in Delhi and the price there has been kept at INR 1,18,000 for the non-ABS model and INR 1,30,000 for the ABS model. Soon, Bajaj will launch the bike nationwide and it is expected to be below INR 1.5 lakh in terms of on-road price.

I think KTM 200 is much better than bajaj because bajaj is just trying to copying KTM features in his new series of 200 like ns, rs and other, not doing anything new, none self technology and for CBR I will say the machine is good but overall it does not make much sound than to KTM. so i will suggest you to go for KTM 200 even in features, specification and performance KTM is better than both these bikes.

You should go for the KTM RC 200 as it has the best quality of material used and the best performance for its segment. It has an attractive design with a 199.5 cc engine, delivering 30-35 kmpl. The CBR lacks in mileage whereas the RS200 lacks the same built quality as the RC200. If you go with the value for money stuff, the RC 200 again proves to be the best.

I believe, RS 200 is an ugly bike with nothing new to offer. RC200 even though does not have an ABS still is an excellently built machine, but it is more sports oriented and not practical because of hard suspension setup, dedicated sports riding positioning, and harder seats. Honda is a complete package....reliable engine, comfortable seating position for longer rides, better mileage, softer suspension. Even though RC has an X-Factor, Honda is a more realistic sports machine till date.

The Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is a very nicely built motorcycle, with no vibrations on low speeds. At high speeds, the vibrations can be felt in the front fairing and at very high speeds, it can be felt everywhere. The approx mileage of the RS 200 is 40 kmpl.

The Pulsar RS200 has the best build quality a Pulsar has till date. Its chassis has been updated from the Pulsar 200 NS and this is one of the reasons for its increased weight. It has been built very nicely and the quality of components being used has improved by time.

The Pulsar RS200 is a precisely engineered product as Bajaj has invested a lots of time in coming up from these problems. The chain noise issue has been overcomed in the new series and the noises have been significantly reduced. Vibrations have also been reduced but after crossing 110 kmph, they will surely make a comeback.

Simply go for Duke, its built quality is far more better than bajaj + its pick up acceleration and handling is really awesome. Go for Duke.
