They went all out on the NS250 and it's a huge step up in build quality! It's gorgeous paint finish and everything feels solid. It's like Bajaj has finally decided to play in the same league as the Japanese brands on fit and finish.

It's better, but still not great, meh. I've seen some inconsistent panel gaps and the switchgear is still a bit cheap feeling. While an improvement, it’s still not worth the price I paid.

I've owned a number of Pulsars, and the NS250 is the best built one of the bunch. Overall it’s just cleaner, the plastics feel sturdier, and it just has a more premium vibe.

People are too harsh on Bajaj, I think. NS250 is perfectly fine build quality for its price point. It's not Honda, but no Japanese bike is going to be that cheap.

Out of the box, the build quality is good, but I don’t know how long it will last. After just a few months, my friend's NS250 is already showing some rust spots.

It's a mixed bag. Some parts are really premium such as the tank and side panels, but then you get to the rear and it feels a bit cheap. Bajaj still needs to work on the consistency that is key.

The NS250 feels like a spaceship in terms of quality, coming from an older Pulsar. It's not perfect, but it's a massive improvement and it shows Bajaj is headed in the right direction.

The NS250 is a modder's dream! It responds really well to performance mods, and there is already a good selection of aftermarket parts available. I put a slip on exhaust and a K&N filter and the difference is night and day.

It's okay, but not great. The thing is, many of the NS200 parts won't fit, so you have limited choices. Also, Bajaj is pretty strict about stuff if you mod too much.

I think it has potential but the aftermarket scene needs time to catch up. Right now it's mostly the basic stuff, like levers and windscreens. I think it'll be a year before we see some serious performance parts.

I’m a tinkerer, and the NS250 is a bit frustrating. The ECU is quite locked down tight, so it’s very difficult to do any serious engine tuning without some specialized tools.

If you want the NS250 for aesthetic mods, it’s great. It’s got a clean design that’s great for custom paint jobs and vinyl wraps. I've seen some NS250s out there that were seriously sexy.

It's a mixed bag. Changing the sprockets for better acceleration is easy and effective, as are some mods. But things like big bore kits are a bit more complex. Not so much, at least not yet.

I actually prefer the NS250 stock. The factory balance is so good that anything really seems to mess it up. Maybe some minor tweaks, but nothing major.

In fact, the NS250 is surprisingly good for touring mods. I’ve also added a taller wind screen, saddle bags, and a better seat. That has transformed the bike into a great long distance machine.
How does the handling of the Pulsar NS250 compare to its competition?

The NS250 handles like a dream! It has the balance between stability and agility that’s just right. I rode the Gixxer 250, and the NS250 is more confidence inspiring in corners.

I am honestly a bit underwhelmed. Turn in is way sharper and it feels more connected to the road. The NS250 is fine, not great.
How does the handling of the Pulsar NS250 compare to its competition?

The NS250 hits the mark for city riding. It's nimble yet stable enough on open roads, yet nimble enough for tight traffic. Although the Yamaha FZ25 might be a tad more flickable, the NS250 feels more planted.

I think the stock tires let it down, though. The NS250 is a corner carver, but upgrade to some stickier rubber and it’s a corner carving machine. It has the potential, just needs right shoes.

I am coming from a Gixxer 250 and I feel the NS250 is little top heavy. It's a bit of a pain to throw into corners but once leaned over it holds the line beautifully.
