Is the Vanquish V12 a grand tourer or a true driver’s car?

Realistically, it’s a grand tourer with a bit of sport to it. That’s not a problem, but it won’t be able to keep up with dedicated sports cars on a track.

Without question, the original Vanquish from the early 2000s. 'Let me tell you where Bond was first cool, it was in 'Die Another Day' and basically cool for a whole generation.'

The engine sound is nailed by Aston. The Vanquish's V12 is certainly up there with the best of the Italian powerplants in terms of aural pleasure.

That depends on what you are looking for. If you want the ultimate Aston experience, however, the Vanquish is worth it. However, the DB12 is likely the better purchase for most.

The previous gen honestly is my preferred. It feels like the new one has tried too hard to be a supercar rather than a grand tourer. That Aston charm was lost.
