About
The Ferrari FF is a four-seater, four-wheel-drive grand tourer that marks a significant departure from Ferraris traditional mid-engined sports cars. Launched in India in 2011 at a price of Rs. 3.42 crore, it replaced the 612 Scaglietti and was designed to appeal to a broader market, including regions like India, China, and Russia. The FF features a 6.3-litre V12 engine, producing 651 bhp and 683 Nm of torque, and is capable of reaching a top speed of 335 kmph. Its unique shooting brake design provides ample space, including a 450-litre boot, making it surprisingly practical. The interior is luxurious, with high-quality materials and a well-appointed cabin. The FF also boasts advanced technology, including torque vectoring and Brembos third-generation carbon ceramic brakes. Overall, the FF is a versatile and powerful vehicle that combines the best of Ferraris performance and luxury heritage.

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Ferrari FF is a masterpiece that blends the luxury of a grand tourer with the raw power of a supercar. My experience with this vehicle has been nothing short of exhilarating. The FFs 6.3-litre V12 engine, producing 651 bhp and 683 Nm of torque, makes it one of the most powerful cars on the market, capable of going from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.7 seconds. The all-wheel-drive system and advanced traction control ensure exceptional grip and stability, even in challenging conditions. While the design may be polarizing, the FFs proportions and surfacing make it a head-turner. Inside, the cabin is a testament to Ferraris attention to detail, with premium materials and a spacious 450-litre boot. However, the rear seats are best suited for children or occasional use. Overall, the FF is a unique offering that combines performance, luxury, and practicality, making it a compelling choice for those who can afford its hefty price tag.
Price
In India, the Ferrari FF is priced at a staggering Rs. 3.79 crore ex-showroom, which can escalate significantly once on-road costs such as taxes, registration, and insurance are factored in. For instance, the on-road price in Delhi could easily exceed Rs. 4.5 crore, considering the various state and central taxes. This places the FF firmly in the ultra-luxury segment, making it accessible only to a select few. Despite the high cost, the FF offers a unique blend of performance, luxury, and exclusivity that justifies its premium pricing for those who value such attributes.
Latest Updates

A Ferrari FF has recently undergone a significant power upgrade with Voodoo Designs Stage 2 power package at Black Forest Technik. This upgrade includes Voodoo Design Race Pipes, Mid-Pipe, Rear Section, and an ECU Tune, enhancing the cars performance. The FF, known for its 6.3L naturally aspirated V12 engine, now boasts even more power. I think this upgrade will appeal to enthusiasts looking to push the limits of this grand touring supercar.

In a notable auction event, a 2014 Ferrari FF sold for a record $324,000, surpassing previous sale prices for this model. This particular FF stood out with its extensive options list, including a unique red interior, panoramic glass roof, and special luggage sets. The high sale price indicates a potential shift in the market, making the FF more desirable as a collectors item. I believe this sale could signal a rise in interest and value for the FF among collectors.

The Ferrari FF, produced from 2011 to 2016, was replaced by the GTC4Lusso, which continued until 2020. The FF was a unique offering with its front-engine, rear-wheel-drive design and four-seat capacity, making it a practical yet powerful supercar. Its successor, the GTC4Lusso, continued this legacy with improved features. I think the FFs blend of practicality and performance makes it an intriguing option for those seeking a versatile supercar.

Ferrari sold only 2,291 units of the FF during its production run, making it a relatively rare model. This scarcity, combined with its unique features such as four-wheel drive and a spacious interior, contributes to its growing appeal among younger buyers and collectors. The FFs market value is expected to rise as more buyers seek usable yet high-performance vehicles. I believe the FFs rarity and usability will continue to drive its market value upward.

The Ferrari FF is distinguished by its 6.3L naturally aspirated V12 engine, producing 651 horsepower and 506 lb-ft of torque. Its design includes a panoramic glass roof, a spacious interior, and ample storage space for a sports car. The FF was the first Ferrari to introduce a four-wheel-drive system, enhancing its stability and performance. I think the FFs powerful engine and innovative features make it a standout in Ferraris lineup.
Mileage
Thursday, 21 November 2024 04:43 PM
The Ferrari FFs mileage is not its strong suit, with an ARAI-certified fuel economy of just 4 kmpl. This is expected given its powerful V12 engine and the nature of its performance-oriented design. For potential buyers concerned about running costs, the FF is clearly not the most economical choice. However, for those who prioritize performance and luxury over fuel efficiency, the FFs mileage is a minor trade-off for the driving experience it offers.

A four seater ferrari is practical.... But the price is utterly unbelievable.. In India I think we wouldd better eradicate poverty before letting a ferrari loose on our roads.. Guys where s the economy headed to...? We dont need a ferrari. We need jobs in India. Please.
