USER OPINION

Bought the vehicle 13 months back, low milage about 35-40 kmpl, bad customer care response, bad experience at the service center as no skilled mechanics present and even spares are not available. Took atleast 3-15 days to get service done of new vehicle.

Best Features: Vehicle look is decent and light weight. Good for city ride.

Pros: Light Weight, Smooth Ride upto 75 km

Cons: Very less space for tool kit, Even for vehicle documents

Pros Only Price - 125 cc vehicle Cons 1. Build quality is worst - Plastic or fibre used is very cheap , No extra support coating to tank (Dont miss to check the bike tank quality) 2. Mileage is poor 3. Ride quality is bad 4. YAMAHA show rooms service is not up to the mark 5. BAD Braking system. NEVER BUY THESE CHEAP VEHICLES - Looks like Yamaha is expecting us to manufacture plastic spare parts to their bikes.

Guys be careful while buying Yamaha Saluto 125cc, it's very bad bike with poor performance, as well as while riding through flyover it will make you feel that you will fell down or met in accident. The body is too light and seem that you are riding luna of advanced version. The rear wheel always make you feel that it vobling. It is very bad bike in respect of mileage. Moreover it's not economical in sense of buying. No value for money. My personal rating for this bike is zero.

Look is good. performance is good. smooth riding with low sound. Handling and road grip is good. but only two demerits of the bike 1st is light weight of this bike and another one is poor disc brake in this bikes. overall the bike is very good in 125cc range. And we know that the Yamaha company is always good in his engineering. so you can go with Yamaha Saluto 125cc.

Bought this bike ... mileage is near about 60 kmpl in city. Very strongly built, light weight and very comfortable to handle. Entry level commuter yet stylish... engine is smooth and refined...zero noise... a bit less powerful for a 125cc but good enough for the mileage provided... superb road grip thanks to the Ceat tubeless tyres...longest seat...and quiet comfortable...... suspension is average.....superb bike ... could be at its best with a front disc

Best Features: The most economical 125cc and smooth.. come-on its YAMAHA!

Pros: Good millege, ride and handling is good, road grip is good, flairing headlight is stylish

Cons: No disc brake ... rest all the features are at its peak

Giving only 8PSat 63k, while Discover 150S offers around 12PS and Honda Shine 10PS, the person above who compared it with shine sounds stupid when he says that the Engine is better than shine. Nowhere near the pickup and ride quality as shine.

Best Features: Mileage claimed is good.

Pros: Comfortable, built quality, looks, mileage

Cons: Felt underpowered only 8ps

I test drove this bike and it is an absolute dream compared to Honda shine. Low and missed range is awesome. Less gear changes compared to the other bikes. I drove it for 15 -20 mins. Seats are really good. My wife felt very comfortable as a pillion rider. Seats are long. Mileage the users say 65 KMPL and above. But need to check. But it is best in class. Bike feels premium. Didn't notice any manufacturing defects. All the parts used are of good quality. Thought that the tyres are before the ride. But after test drive it is awesome. Tubeless and I took a turn slanting the bike. It holds the road really good. Overall. It is a nice package from Yamaha. They said there is waiting period already for the bike. No wonder. Black looks awesome. Going to book one??

Best Features: Adjustable shocks, pass headlight switch, ground clearance
