Suzuki Gixxer 3000+ kms Review
Reviews for Suzuki Gixxer 150
navjeet singh | Updated 7 years agoI was one of the first guys who purchased Gixxer from Chandigarh. Driven more than 3000 kms now, I feel it’s a light bike but if only its weight was 3 kgs lesser it would have been mind-blowing. Gear change is hard sometimes unlike Yamaha bikes whose gear shifting is butter smooth, Gixxer gears have to be pressed harder in order to change and chain is constant annoyance. It becomes loose pretty soon. On mileage front it’s great. 55kmpl is what I get. There is plenty of fuel even when the meter shows only two clicks. When on reserve the bike can go up to nearly 80kms. I don’t know I still have love for less powerful but butter smooth SZ-R. Yamaha SZ-R was exactly what I was looking for.
Best Features: Sound of engine. exhaust and chrome used. speedometer.
Pros: Good pickup till 85 kmph. Very fast. Mileage is 55 kmpl. Checked on various occasions.
Cons: Hard gears, chain gets loose very often
