Ever 250cc segment best bike also the price is manageable. Bits really worth other compare to other bikes. Performance also good for street rider also can at the same time long ride and touring's the best one.
Best Features: The main is cooling type of engine
Pros: Performance
Cons: ABS and Gear Indicator
CBR should be a genre of Cross Beam Racer but not this 250R. Its more of a compromise on quick bike to make a to do all tourer. Comfortable stance with good wind block from the fairing. Quality of components is really good but misses out on no. of components, like side stand indicator and no radiator protection. First thing I did was dump those ContiGO's/MRF's and put Michelin Street Pilot radials the accuracy on leans and grip is way sorted than stock (note rounder profile of rear tyre makes it a bit shaky after 100kph). It's a infantly sensitive on 1st to 3rd gear (forearm clutch exercise in traffic) but post that 4th-5th have a mid range hammer to 6th, which can take 5k to 8.5k revs; from 70kph to 130ish kph. But passing power in 7. 5k to 8. 5k revs is non-existent/mellow. To conclude, if you want one bite of all types of bikes it's a good option and is a really exciting one. Though the price and updated competitors make it hard to recommend it now. (Honda should desperately launch 300 etc.)
Best Features: 6th gear is an overide, smooth gearbox and throttle response.
Pros: Mid Range - usable power & Well dressed - fairing works.
Cons: Minimal display & Low end wrt to gear ratios.
The bike is really good and comfortable for touring or long rides, its a sport tourer and not completely a sport bike so don't mix and compare with KTM RC 200 or Ninja. It is best in its sphere of 250cc. Considerable mileage of 30-40kmpl if u ride it with passion rather than rudely. And last but not the least nothing is perfect so make it perfect if u want and assurance lies with brand honda itself, get the road side assistance while purchasing and extended warranty.
Best Features: Comfortable with long rides, braking system, smooth and low-mid pickup, instant pickup, horn power
Pros: Handling, comfort, smooth pickup, sitting posture, pillion comfort, grabrail, storage inside bike, exhaust sound and braking with combined abs
Cons: Headlight power comparitively low though 55/60w, cornering is not confident with this, huge difference between 1st and 2nd gear, rear mudguard not enough to resist mud splashes
Fantastic bike for touring and a great starter bike, but lacks in low end torque which is needed in the city, and looks a bit outdated. Would have been nice if the 300r was released last year. Probably has the best seating position in class. Has a meaty mid range and top end, ideal for high speed cruising on highways, very stable at high speeds. Engine is not stressed and is mod capable. City riding is manageable. Very very decent return of mile age depending on the riders' s riding style. Non existent exhaust note, poor low end torque.
Best Features: The engine, coolant system, seating position
Pros: The mid range and top end, cost of spares ,engine, coolant system
Cons: Non existent exhaust note, low end torque, slightly outdated looks, display, satisfactory braking (non abs)
Please HONDA! Make good build quality and material, because this is your negative side for customers.
Best Features: Performance and looks
Pros: Stylish, comfortable for riding, good looking, good pick up, fuel service is also good
Cons: Low bhp and rpm, build material and quality is worse like as back light portion, handle portion
Honda CBR250R is a naked sporty bike, best in its class. It is aerodynamically designed and inspired by the VFR1200. I own a Red color CBR250R since over a year. No, doubt it is a best bike. But, I am facing some issues also like its bad cornering ability due to its heavier weight. The braking power is a bit of let down, though it does manage to stop just right in time. In city conditions it gives good mileage of 35-38 Km/l, however it comes down on highways because of high speed. In full tank (approximately around 13-litres), the CBR can cover a distance of 360 kms.
Best Features: Handling at Higher Speeds
Pros: Mileage, Comfortable riding, Looks and Style
Cons: Vibration, Chain lubrication after every 350 KM, Heavy Weight, Cornering Ability
Honda one heart.. powerful engine compared to any other bikes (up to 250cc) .. 0-100 km/hr in 8secs.. it has the best handling.. I am bike lover.. I love to ride. 1250 kms driven in 20 days from delivery.. Price is bit high but worth it.. I like to spend blindly on Honda products.. the one & only competing bike is KTM Duke 200 & RC 200.. but I preferred Honda CBR 250R ABS.. it has better handling and pinion safety than KTM.. Buy with ABS if you drive rustic in city.. that's only way to control the powerful engine.. if you are confused to buy or not.. I say don't wait.. if you book now only u will get your buddy in 3 months.. thank you
Best Features: 1.Combines ABS 2.Headlight
Pros: 1.Pick up 2. Riding handling 3. Comfortable 4. Braking System(combined Abs ) 5. Built Body
Cons: 1. Bike's weight (it is the only cons but has its own advantages of grounded and gives us confidence and no shake when we ride at high speeds..)
I have completed one year on this bike and I am fully satisfied with my bikes performance. Yes, the bike is heavy in weight which is also slightly harder to maneuver and turn at low speeds but certainly not so hard that you will drop it. My legs aren't the strongest but I haven't dropped it ever. Average wise, it gives an average of 29 km/l on city roads and according to me it can cover a distance of 360 kms with full tank. The problem I faced in my CBR is its gear shifter which sometimes stuck between 1st and 2nd.
Best Features: Comfortable ride and stylish ergonomics
Pros: Refined engine, Performance, Ride quality, Sporty looks
Cons: Horns, Side stand, Gear Shifter get stuck sometimes
