Surprisingly, I’ve done a 1000-mile trip on the CB650R, and it was comfortable! All you need to do is add a windscreen, and you're good to go.

I began on a smaller bike, but if I had known what I know now, I would have gone with the CB650R. It's so much fun!

I certainly do agree; however, at velocity, the CBR650R feels a much more planted feeling. You're going for a trade-off between comfort and performance.
